I've noticed Sinister has been making little "content additions" on some of the films they distribute, such as tacked-on titles sequences. I found this on more than one on a recent order.

And that's why after 25 years I will no longer order from Sinister, after buying a couple of movies at exorbitant prices from them, only to see the main title tossed out and replaced by new title cards that could have been made by a 5-year-old using MS Paint. I'd rather purchase Alpha Video releases on Amazon Marketplace for a few dollars.

Can I get a witness?:)
Seriously, this sort of practice makes the watermarks tolerable. Plus the price is too much for a DVD-R that is nothing more than a VHS transfer. If I'm going to pay that kind of price for a dvd, then let it be a REAL dvd with a REAL digital transfer. I find 'em all the time in stores and on Amazon for about ten bucks (sometimes after I've bought Sinister's product). One example is THE MUTATIONS. Sinister had the full screen 16mm print and right after I bought it I found it in Best Buy under the title THE FREAKMAKER, letterboxed and with extras, for less money. Go figure.
